Article I - MEETINGS Section 1 The annual meeting shall be held in October. Members shall be notified two weeks prior to the date. Meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held when needed, called by the President. Section 2 The attendance of four or more members of the Board will constitute a quorum and allow business of the Friends to be conducted. Section 3 All meetings shall be open to the public, with only members in good standing being allowed to have a vote.

Article II - DUTIES OF OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS Section 1 The President shall: a. preside at all meetings b. with the consent of the Board of Directors, appoint all committee chairpersons and coordinate their activities c. represent the Friends before any group requesting presence of the Friends, or delegate a representative d. be ex-officio member of all committees e. prepare a brief annual report to include information of the activities of the past yar for the annual meeting in October.

Section 2 The Vice-President shall preside at meetings and perform the duties of the President in the absence of the President.

Section 3 The Recording Secretary shall keep the minutes of all Board and Annual meetings and make the minutes available to all members, the Library Director and the Library Board.

Section 4 The Corresponding Secretary shall conduct all correspondence as directed by the President.

Section 5 The Treasurer shall: a. be the Chief Financial Officer of the organization b. make regular financial reports of the Board of Directors
